Shireen has officially started a consultancy business. She will advise on inclusion and diversity in sports, sports media, various projects, and potential hires. Shireen decided to start this business because she has seen individuals who do this in a non-intersectional manner, and she wants to better the playing field. Similar to why she began sports writing, she is appalled at some subpar consultants.
